In addition to her research, Fiona develops and delivers professional education for psychologists and EMDR clinicians, with a focus on complex case formulation, the Theory of Structural Dissociation and evidence-informed trauma treatment. She is committed to supporting clinicians through supervision, consultation, and continuing professional development, promoting thoughtful, compassionate, and scientifically grounded practice.
